Gamblitude today announced the launch of Autonomous Agent, a new capability within its Business Intelligence Platform. Available to every platform user, the agent works continuously in the background, initiating investigations and connecting signals across business data without requiring prompts or predefined checks.
The launch expands Gamblitude’s analytical capabilities beyond user-led questions and scheduled monitoring. Autonomous Agent independently selects topics to investigate, follows related developments and delivers findings supported by data and an explanation of their business relevance. Its scope includes growth opportunities, emerging problems, anomalies and broader business insights across areas such as acquisition, CRM, payments, casino performance and trading.
The product addresses a practical challenge for iGaming teams: relevant developments do not always appear in the metrics or reports already being monitored. A change affecting a particular player segment, acquisition channel or payment method may require several observations to be considered together. Autonomous Agent is designed to explore those connections and bring findings to the attention of the relevant teams.
Business context is central to that process. The agent adapts its investigations to the operator’s vertical, including casino and sportsbook, and uses conversation history and memory of business events to connect new findings with earlier developments. A feedback system allows teams to guide its focus, indicate which topics deserve further investigation and reduce notifications about subjects they consider less relevant.
Findings can be explored further through Gamblitude’s conversational AI Agent. The “Discuss with AI Agent” function opens a conversation with the insight’s context attached and a prepared question, allowing users to review the evidence and continue the analysis. Teams retain responsibility for deciding how to respond to each finding.
Users can select insight categories relevant to their roles and choose how findings are delivered. Supported channels include the Gamblitude platform, email, Slack, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, MCP and webhooks. An “I’ll take this” function makes ownership visible when a team member begins investigating an insight.
Autonomous Agent joins Gamblitude’s existing AI Agent and Insight Radar capabilities. AI Agent supports direct questions and follow-up analysis, while Insight Radar runs user-defined checks on a specified schedule. Autonomous Agent adds independent exploration, initiating investigations without a user request.
Autonomous Agent is available from 17 September 2026 to every Gamblitude Business Intelligence Platform user. Once business data is connected, the agent begins working in the background without requiring users to configure individual investigations.
