Trust & security

Security for the data
your business
runs on.

Player activity, transactions and operational metrics deserve a clear approach to protection.

Gamblitude brings together information security management, controlled access and a separated environment for each operator. These controls support the data your teams use to analyse performance and make decisions.

01 / The data boundary

Know where the data sits.
Know who can use it.

Bets, deposits, withdrawals, sessions and behavioural signals carry different business responsibilities. The Gamblitude platform processes these records within controlled operator environments, with permissions governing access to data and functionality.

How the controls fit together
  1. Connect

    Authenticated interfaces.
    Encrypted connections.

  2. Protect

  3. Control access

    Defined roles.
    Permissions by responsibility.

Across the environment

Activity records, security policies and ongoing operational review.

A view of the control layers. The data sources, deployment requirements and access model are reviewed for each implementation.

02 / Independent assurance

A management system.
An ongoing responsibility.

Read the certification announcement

Gamblitude is ISO 27001 certified following an independent audit by Bureau Veritas. The standard provides a framework for managing information security risks through policies, processes and controls.

That work extends beyond infrastructure. It includes access governance, risk management, incident response procedures and the operating practices around the platform. Internal reviews, monitoring and external audits support the continuing operation of the information security management system.

For a procurement or security review, discuss the certification and the controls relevant to your proposed deployment with our team.

03 / Practical controls

Protection at each
point of access.

Technical controls and operating procedures work together: separating data, limiting access and creating a record of activity that teams can review.

Separated environments

Operator environments are logically separated. Each organisation’s datasets sit within its own data environment, providing a defined boundary for access, processing and governance.

Roles and authentication

Groups control module access (Admin, Editor or Viewer) and which datasets members can query. A maximum lookback can limit how far back they analyse data; queries outside that window are refused. Users inherit permissions from their groups, and Super Admins retain full access. Multi-factor authentication adds another layer of account verification.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Encrypted connections protect communications between services, user interfaces and integrations, while encryption also protects stored information.

Activity records

Logs record system events, administrative operations and data access. These records give security teams an operational history to review when investigating activity or examining how the environment is being used.

Integration permissions

Connections with gaming platforms, CRM tools, payment services and other systems use authenticated interfaces and encrypted channels. Permissions are limited to the scope required by each integration.

Operational review

Security policies, risk management and incident response procedures sit alongside ongoing infrastructure monitoring. Reviews and external audits provide opportunities to assess controls as the platform and its operating environment develop.

04 / The data lifecycle

Location, retention
and a defined end point.

Security requirements continue beyond initial access. Review where information is stored, how backups are handled and what happens when data is no longer needed.

Data residency

Client data is stored in controlled European infrastructure regions. Bring any specific location requirement into the deployment discussion so the proposed arrangement can be reviewed against your needs.

Backup and retention

Defined backup and retention procedures support the data lifecycle. Review the applicable arrangements with your team, including the datasets involved and the requirements that shape how long information is retained.

Data deletion

Defined deletion procedures govern the removal of associated datasets when a customer relationship ends. Include offboarding and data handling requirements in the implementation discussion.

05 / Security questions

Start with
the practical details.

Use these questions to frame a review with your security, data and procurement teams.

Is Gamblitude ISO 27001 certified?

Yes. Gamblitude is ISO 27001 certified following an independent audit by Bureau Veritas. The certification relates to its information security management system. Our team can discuss the certification as part of your security review.

How is one operator’s data separated from another’s?

Operator environments are logically separated, with each organisation’s datasets kept within its own environment. Role-based permissions govern access to datasets and platform functionality.

Where is client data stored?

Client data is stored in controlled European infrastructure regions. Discuss any specific residency requirement with the team when reviewing the deployment, including the location needs of your organisation.

What controls protect data access and integrations?

Controls include role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, and activity logging. External integrations use authenticated interfaces, encrypted channels and permissions limited to the connection’s scope.

What should we cover in an implementation security review?

Start with data sources and categories, the roles that need access, integration permissions, residency, backup and retention arrangements, and offboarding. The Data Warehouse overview explains the data foundation; the product overview shows the capabilities it supports.
