Overview

Quantum Gaming is an iGaming platform provider supporting operators across multiple brands, markets, products and commercial models. As the platform expanded, the amount of data available to operators increased significantly across payments, gameplay, bonuses, CRM, affiliates, player behaviour and operational performance.

The challenge was not that data was missing. The challenge was that data was becoming difficult for business users to access, manipulate, visualise and understand without technical support.

Quantum Gaming already had strong reporting capabilities within its platform, but many users found the reporting environment complex. Business users often needed support to interpret information, build views, adjust reports or connect data points across different areas of the operation.

The transition to Gamblitude introduced a more accessible way for people to interact with data, combining governed metrics, visualisation, monitoring and AI-supported analysis into a simpler decision-making layer.

02

The challenge

As Quantum Gaming continued to develop its platform, the reporting requirements of operators became more complex.

Different brands needed different views. Different markets required different levels of analysis. Different roles looked at the same performance questions from different angles. Casino managers, CRM specialists, payment and compliance functions, affiliate managers and executives all needed access to data, but not all users had the same technical ability or understanding of the underlying data model.

While the platform provided visibility, the structure behind the reporting could be difficult for non-technical users to work with independently. This created a gap between having information available and being able to use that information quickly.

Several key challenges became clear:

Users struggled to manipulate and visualise data without support

Business users often depended on technical colleagues for report changes

Commercial questions had to be translated into reporting requirements

Dashboards did not always provide enough context for decision making

Data existed across several operational areas that needed to be connected

Reporting requests could become repetitive and time-consuming

Complex BI tooling risked becoming expensive to maintain as the business scaled

This created a situation where data was available, but not always easy to turn into action.

Quantum Gaming understood that the real challenge was not access to data, but access to understanding.

“The real challenge was not access to data, but access to understanding. Gamblitude helps bridge that gap by giving business teams a faster and more intuitive way to explore performance, validate decisions and act with confidence.”

The traditional model

The traditional response to this type of challenge is usually to build a larger BI function. That often means creating or expanding a data warehouse, managing data pipelines, hiring analysts, maintaining dashboards, creating reporting logic, buying separate visualisation tools and opening technical tickets whenever business users need a new view.

This model can work, but it comes with clear limitations:

L1

Increases operational cost

L2

Creates dependency on a small number of technical people

L3

Slows decisions when business users wait for reports

L4

Dashboards multiply faster than they can be properly used

For Quantum Gaming, this was exactly the pattern we wanted to avoid. We did not want a model where every new question required another dashboard, another Jira ticket or another analyst request. We wanted a more scalable and cost-effective way for users to explore data themselves.

04

The approach

Quantum Gaming chose Gamblitude to build a more accessible and intelligent data model. The goal was to make data easier to understand and easier to use in real business decisions, rather than simply to add more dashboards.

The approach focused on three core principles:

P1

Making data easier for business users to access without technical barriers

P2

Giving people a clearer way to manipulate, visualise and interpret information

P3

Reducing dependency on traditional BI workflows and manual reporting requests

The implementation approach included:

1

A dedicated data warehouse layer

2

A structured ingestion and metric layer

3

Self-service analytics for business users

4

AI Agent access for faster answers to operational questions

5

Monitoring and alerts built into the data workflow

6

Predictive models embedded into the reporting environment

7

A security-first setup designed around strong data governance

This allowed Quantum Gaming to rethink how users interact with information across the platform. Instead of forcing business users to adapt to complex reporting tools, the objective was to create a data experience that adapts more naturally to how business users ask questions.

“A platform provider serves many operators at once, which means many definitions, many questions and many ways of reading the same business. What Quantum Gaming needed was one governed foundation where every answer comes from the same validated metrics, whether it arrives through a dashboard, a report or a conversation with the AI Agent.”

Results & expected impact

The main impact of the transition is expected to be seen in how quickly users can move from question to insight. For Quantum Gaming, the value of Gamblitude goes beyond reporting. It lies in reducing the distance between data and decision making. The expected impact is visible across several areas.

Data accessibility EXPECTED IMPACT 01

Business users can interact with data directly, without needing to understand every technical layer — casino managers, CRM, payment and commercial users explore what matters to them.

Broader use of data across non-technical roles

Less dependency on analysts for routine questions

Faster access to operational and commercial insights, with more confidence in daily decisions

Time to insight EXPECTED IMPACT 02

Instead of waiting for a new report or dashboard adjustment, users can ask better questions, explore data faster and validate assumptions more directly.

Faster answers to recurring business questions

Reduced waiting time for report changes; quicker identification of risks and opportunities

More time spent on decisions rather than investigation

Reporting efficiency EXPECTED IMPACT 03

Gamblitude reduces manual work by letting users explore data flexibly, without every question becoming a technical task.

Fewer repetitive reporting requests and less manual dashboard maintenance

Reduced need for custom reports for every business question

More efficient use of analyst and product time

Better business context EXPECTED IMPACT 04

A dashboard shows what happened, not always why. In iGaming everything is connected — deposits, payment approval, bonus cost, CRM journeys, affiliate cost, risk controls. Gamblitude helps users connect these areas and read performance in context.

Better understanding of what drives business performance

Easier comparison across brands, markets and products

Stronger connection between operational data and commercial decisions

Organisational efficiency EXPECTED IMPACT 05

Instead of a small group preparing information for everyone, more of the organisation becomes active in data-driven decisions — freeing analysts for higher-value work.

Better use of technical and analytical resources

More independent business users, stronger alignment around shared metrics

A more scalable reporting model as Quantum Gaming grows

06

Adoption & onboarding

One of the most important considerations for Quantum Gaming was usability. A powerful reporting tool has limited value if users find it too complex to use. The objective was therefore to improve both the data layer and the way users interact with it.

Gamblitude supports this by making data exploration more intuitive for business users. People no longer need to rely only on predefined dashboards and can start asking more direct questions about performance, trends and operational outcomes.

ESPECIALLY FOR SMALLER OPERATORS

Operators without large internal BI functions still need strong insight but may not have the budget or structure to build a full traditional data operation. For those users the value is clear: better access to data, fewer technical barriers and faster movement from information to action.

07

Organisational impact

For Quantum Gaming, the most important change is structural. The business is replacing a reporting-led model with a decision-led model. In a reporting-led model, users wait for information to be prepared. In a decision-led model, users can explore, validate and act when the information is needed.

This matters because iGaming is a fast-moving environment. Payment issues, campaign performance, player behaviour, bonus costs and operational risks can change quickly. The faster people can understand what is happening, the faster they can respond. Gamblitude gives Quantum Gaming a more scalable way to support that level of responsiveness across operators and internal departments.

“The part of this collaboration I value most is the structural change. When business users can explore data with confidence, analysts stop being a bottleneck and start doing the work they were actually hired for. That change pays back every single day.”

What surprised us

The most interesting realisation was that the issue went deeper than reporting complexity. It was confidence. Users need more than access to data. They need confidence that they are looking at the right numbers, asking the right questions and interpreting the results correctly.

Traditional dashboards can give visibility, but they do not always create understanding. They often answer a fixed question at a fixed moment in time. The business, however, rarely works that way. Users need to explore. They need to ask follow-up questions, compare scenarios, understand why something happened and what they should do next. That is where the attitude towards data begins to change.

The goal is no longer to create more reports. The goal is to create more understanding.

09

Key takeaways

T1

Complex reporting tools can slow business users down

T2

More dashboards do not automatically lead to better decisions

T3

Traditional BI models can become expensive and difficult to maintain

T4

Operators need easier ways to manipulate, visualise and understand data

T5

AI-supported analysis can reduce the gap between information and action

T6

The future of gaming data is about understanding — visibility alone is no longer enough

10

Conclusion

Quantum Gaming chose Gamblitude because the challenge went deeper than reporting. The challenge was helping users make better decisions from complex platform data. As iGaming businesses grow, success will belong to the companies that can turn information into understanding and action the fastest, rather than to those with the most dashboards.

“The future of gaming intelligence will not be defined by the number of dashboards a company can build. It will be defined by how quickly teams can move from information to understanding. Quantum Gaming recognised this shift early, and that is what makes this collaboration so exciting.”
