Completeness
The total arrives before the detail
A summary is available, but the event history needed for a new breakdown sits elsewhere. Teams export and join records manually whenever a question moves beyond the prepared view.
iGaming Data Scale
As events, brands and sources multiply, dependable analysis needs more than a larger database.
Gamblitude provides a managed cloud lakehouse and iGaming data model, keeping event-level history connected to the definitions your teams use. Evaluate volume, freshness and analytical workloads together so growth does not leave the business working from an incomplete picture.
Recognise the pressure
A growing operation introduces more than extra rows. New providers, markets and transaction states create more relationships to maintain. More users also ask more questions of the same underlying data.
Completeness
A summary is available, but the event history needed for a new breakdown sits elsewhere. Teams export and join records manually whenever a question moves beyond the prepared view.
Freshness
Betting activity may update more often than settlement or campaign costs. Comparing them without checking coverage can turn a timing difference into an apparent performance problem.
Change
A new brand or provider brings identifiers, status codes and field definitions. Without a shared model, similar measures accumulate different logic across separate reporting paths.
The Gamblitude approach
The Data Warehouse connects agreed operational sources in a common analytical model. Granular history gives teams room to ask a different question later, while Metrics and Attributes provide consistent definitions for the tools above it.
Ingestion supports APIs, secure file uploads, Kafka and cloud event streams. The appropriate method depends on the source and use case. A scheduled acquisition feed and a streaming betting feed can coexist; their freshness should remain part of how a result is interpreted.
Your workload shapes the implementation. Agree relevant history, source coverage and representative queries, including the periods, dimensions and concurrent use that matter to the business. Use those requirements to evaluate the foundation instead of relying on a generic row-count claim.
Confirm source access, stable identifiers, timestamps, update behaviour and delivery frequency. Include how corrections and changes of state appear.
Map bets, rounds and transactions to the right player, brand, provider and lifecycle. Agree the history required for investigation and comparison.
Settle Metric formulas, status filters, reporting periods and currency treatment before distributing results across teams.
Use Dashboards, Master Chart, Player Profiles and Data Explorer to move between performance measures and relevant detail.
Illustrative investigations
These examples describe analytical workflows, not customer results. Each starts with a business question and the specific records needed to answer it.
01 · Sportsbook activity
A trading team sees a jump in accepted stakes during a busy matchday. Before interpreting the change, compare equal time windows and confirm that both include the same sources. Separate accepted-bet activity from settled financial results: the two views answer different questions.
A useful evaluation includes the busiest relevant period and the investigation users actually need to perform. A fast summary alone does not establish that the underlying detail is sufficient.
02 · Casino performance
A casino team wants to understand a provider-level movement. Begin with comparable completed rounds and a consistent treatment of cancellations, refunds and currency. Calculate observed RTP from total eligible payouts divided by total eligible stakes, rather than averaging game percentages equally.
Variation can reflect mix, sample size or settlement behaviour. Event-level analysis helps investigate those explanations; a deviation alone does not establish a provider fault or fraudulent activity.
03 · Payments and player history
Finance identifies a difference between a payment-source total and an analytical view. Define the same business date, currency and completed status on both sides. Check how the source represents reversals, amended transactions and repeated delivery before assuming money is missing.
The same linked history can support a Player Profile investigation, subject to the records available and the user's permissions. A managed warehouse still depends on the completeness of the information supplied.
Evaluate your workload
Bring source samples, expected peaks and representative investigations to the scope discussion. A useful review considers ingestion, historical backfill and everyday analytical use together.
Ask AI Agent to investigate a specific movement. Define a recurring review with Insight Radar. Use Reports for an analytical document on demand or on a schedule. Autonomous Agent starts its own investigative threads and brings findings to your team.
These workflows use the connected foundation; they do not make a delayed source current. Autonomous Agent is included in standard BI pricing. Predictive Models are scoped and quoted separately, with historical inputs and evaluation agreed for each use case.
Common questions
Relevant factors include event detail, historical coverage, source diversity, changing transaction states, query complexity and concurrent use. A useful scope considers those factors together with the decisions the data needs to support.
No. Freshness depends on source availability, delivery method and the agreed processing schedule. Streaming and scheduled feeds can support different needs within the same operation. Compare results using an appropriate understanding of each source's coverage.
The cloud lakehouse supports granular history in an iGaming data model. Agree the available records, historical imports and required coverage during implementation so investigations can use the detail relevant to your business.
We review your current sources, architecture and first use cases to agree an integration or migration approach. Existing platforms may remain part of the source landscape. The scope should identify which layer owns each definition and validation.
Use representative data and queries, including busy periods, required history, expected users and meaningful breakdowns. Agree the evaluation and acceptance criteria with the team. An isolated query time or generic volume figure is not a substitute for that workload review.
